Mr. Holecek has tried numerous jury cases throughout the country, covering a wide spectrum of areas including product liability, commercial, real estate, trade secret misappropriation, and negligence cases.

Mr. Holecek has obtained favorable jury verdicts, including on behalf of:

  • A manufacturer of a gas-powered trimmer in a New York state court;
  • A commercial roofing company in an Ohio court;
  • An outdoor power equipment manufacturer in a Kentucky state court;
  • A lawn mower manufacturer in an Arizona federal district court;
  • An employer in a wrongful termination suit in an Ohio court;
  • An Ohio manufacturer for breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets in a Florida federal district court; and
  • An Ohio company, its directors and officers involving breach of contract, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty claims in an Ohio Court.

In addition to trying cases, he has argued numerous cases in appellate courts, including the United States Sixth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal and various Ohio appellate courts. Mr. Holecek has received Martindale Hubbell’s Highest Possible Rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards, A-V. Mr. Holecek is also a National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) Certified Trial Specialist.
