Mr. Kedzior has dedicated over 25 years to counseling and guiding clients through the complexities, sensitivities, and legalities of estate planning and the sorting out of a loved one’s personal and financial affairs upon death. He represents clients in contested and uncontested probate court matters including:

Mr. Kedzior also serves various foundations including the Ralph McVeen Charitable Trust, the Kenneth W. Scott Foundation, and the Nehring Family Foundation. John volunteers his time as a member of the Board of Directors for the West Side Deutscher Frauen Verein dbf Altenheim, a non-profit corporation, and is the President of the Board of Directors of the St. Charles Borromeo Educational Foundation. Mr. Kedzior has received Martindale Hubbell’s Highest Possible Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards, A-V.
