Mr. Vanderburg counsels companies, families, and individuals in a broad range of organizational and operational matters including business succession planning, acquisitions and sales, captive insurance, credit agreements, and real estate.

Mr. Vanderburg has a wide range of experience working with both domestic and international companies. He has:

  • Developed captive insurance programs for national corporations;
  • Helped start and sell companies in China and Mexico;
  • Acted as advisor or trustee of numerous family and business trusts in developing comprehensive succession plans; and
  • Served as an AAA approved arbitrator and mediator.

Mr. Vanderburg serves as a board member of numerous private and charitable organizations where he provides both business advice and legal counsel. His current and past board memberships include:
