Mr. Quallich concentrates on the defense of product liability litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases on a local and national basis. He has extensive litigation experience defending product manufacturers in consumer actions throughout the United States and Canada. Patrick is a member of the firm’s product liability and litigation departments where he:

• Serves as National Counsel on product liability cases arising from a voluntary nationwide product recall; and
• Regularly counsels and advises businesses in effectively interfacing with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission regarding statutory compliance, Product Recalls and Corrective Action Programs.
• He has over 10 year of experience handling complex and general litigation matters in both State and Federal courts.

Among his professional accomplishments are:

• Achieving defense verdicts at trial, including matters involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and construction litigation.
• Obtaining numerous dismissals and summary disposition of cases through motion practice.

Mr. Quallich has also successfully handled litigation matters relating to commercial disputes, environmental litigation, insurance defense, and employment disputes. He has substantial appellate practice experience, including briefing and oral argument in numerous appellate courts throughout the State of Ohio, as well as in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
