Mr. Quallich has successfully tried cases and handled litigation matters involving product liability, commercial litigation, employment disputes, environmental litigation, employment discrimination/harassment, transportation litigation, medical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, and all forms of business disputes.  He has nearly 14 years of professional experience handling complex litigation matters in the State and Federal court systems, as well as a wealth of experience defending matters in administrative legal proceedings. He has considerable appellate practice experience throughout the courts of the State of Ohio, as well as in the United States Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Quallich’s primary professional practice consists of the defense and management of complex litigation and product liability matters.  In his practice, he has counseled large corporations, small businesses, manufacturers and retailers regarding product safety issues, risk management, and litigation avoidance strategies.

Among his other current professional responsibilities, he serves as part of a National Counsel team representing a leading international manufacturing corporation throughout the United States and Canada.  Mr. Quallich serves as lead counsel throughout the nation on a number of product liability cases arising from a voluntary nationwide Product Recall.  He counsels and advises businesses in effectively interfacing with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission regarding regulatory and statutory compliance, Product Recalls and Corrective Action Programs.  Mr. Quallich has extensive experience in the successful coordination and management of product liability matters, having litigated claims and lawsuits in approximately 40 states
