With over twenty years of experience in the area of family law, Ms. Holecek offers her clients personalized assistance and guidance in premarital and marital issues, divorce, dissolution, custody, support and other post-marital matters. She also represents clients in matters involving children’s issues or support and property issues. While experienced in the litigation of complex family law cases, Ms. Holecek also believes in the utilization of alternative divorce resolution methods, including the collaborative process. As a member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, she guides her clients in choosing the right process for the resolution of their own particular legal matter.
