• Employer defense of claims in State and Federal Courts arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, State Discrimination Laws, Wrongful Discharge and Public Policy claims, Harassment claims and Retaliation claims.
• Defense of EEO discrimination charges before State and Federal Administrative Agencies.
• Representation of employers in Intentional Torts, VSSRs, OHSA proceedings, Non-Competition-Trade Secret matters and unemployment compensation hearings and appeals.
• Advice and guidance to employers regarding the full range of employment related practices, procedures and policies. Conduct in-house management training programs.
• Negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements with various unions covering single employer, as well as multiple union/multiple facility agreements.  Presented numerous grievances/arbitration cases on a wide range of collective bargaining issues.  Defended Employers in ULP proceedings.
• Former Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board.
• Frequent speaker at seminars, conferences and programs on labor and employment law topics.
• Serve as Board Officer/Trustee/member for various charitable/non-profit organizations.
