As a mid-sized law firm, we can provide each client with highly
personalized service and at the same time draw upon the
experience and expertise of lawyers throughout the firm who have
particular knowledge of such matters as business ownership and
valuation, pension and benefit plans, estate and trust
administration, taxation, courtroom litigation and appellate
law. This team approach to problem solving allows us to be
prudent and effective in meeting our clients’ needs in this
sensitive area.
The attorneys within the group have experience in many counties
throughout Ohio, including, but not limited to Cuyahoga, Lorain,
Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina and Portage counties.
The Chair of the Family Law and Domestic Relations group is a
member of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy in
Cleveland. Parties who choose alternative dispute resolution
processes agree that they will not go to court due to the delay,
expense, unpredictability and irreparable damage that sometime
results from the litigation process. We have found that this way
of resolving conflict associated with the termination of a
marriage proves to be a successful means of reaching resolution
while maintaining good communication between spouses,
particularly concerning parenting issues. This process is
particularly appropriate for parties who are concerned about how
a breakdown of a marriage will affect their children.
