• Litigation of custody matters, including shared parenting plans and custody modification (in Juvenile Court and Domestic Relations Court).
• Post Decree litigation including support modification, custody modification, and contempt actions.
• Domestic practice in Summit, Stark, Medina, Cuyahoga, Portage, Lake, Geauga,  and Lorain Counties.
• Federal and state litigation experience includes business and commercial disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage, wrongful death, professional liability, construction litigation, defense of manufacturers in product liability cases, employment litigation, real estate and condemnation actions.
• First and second chair Jury trial experience.
• Representation of clients before federal and state appellate courts.
• Representation of clients in commercial arbitration matters.
• Previously served as Judicial Attorney for The Honorable Ted Schneiderman, Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
