Practice Area Activities 

• Defending product manufacturers at trial in federal and state courts.
• Defense of civil jury trials, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence.
• Additional litigation experience includes commercial and business disputes, environmental litigation, insurance defense, employment & labor disputes, premises liability and general personal injury claims.
• Appellate practice experience includes briefing and oral argument in numerous Appellate Courts in Ohio, as well as briefing appeals in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Practice focused on litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as in various administrative agencies.
