Practice Area Activities

  • Practice focused on litigation and trial practice in state and federal courts in areas of contract law, business and commercial law, employment law, products liability, trademark law, and tort law.
  • Represent clients in trademark litigation matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
  • Represent clients in state and federal appellate courts.
  • Counsel clients on matters involving electronic discovery and information management.  
  • Serve as arbitrator in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
  • Previously served as Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Joseph D. Russo, Judge of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
