Practice Area Activities

• Defense of jury trials, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and construction litigation.
• Additional litigation experience includes commercial and business disputes, environmental litigation, insurance defense and employment disputes.
• Appellate practice experience includes briefing and oral argument in numerous Appellate Courts throughout the State of Ohio, as well as briefing appeals in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Previously served at Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Elinore March-Stormer, Judge of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, General Division.
• Defend product manufacturers in numerous state and federal courts through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
• Advising and assisting businesses in dealing with the Consumer Products Safety Commission pertaining to Product Recalls, Consumer Incident Reports and Freedom of Information Act Requests.
• Practice focused on litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as in various administrative agencies.
