• Defending product manufacturers at trial on business and product liability claims.
• National coordinating counsel on product liability claims arising from voluntary nationwide recall.
• Substantial appellate practice experience, including briefing and oral argument in numerous Appellate Courts throughout the State of Ohio, as well as in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Advising and assisting businesses in dealing with the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) pertaining to Product Recalls, Consumer Incident Reports and Freedom of Information Act Requests.

• Successful defense of jury trials, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and construction litigation.
• Additional litigation experience includes commercial and business disputes, environmental litigation, insurance defense and employment disputes.
• Defend product manufacturers in numerous state and federal courts through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
• Practice focused on litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as in various administrative agencies.
• Extensive litigation experience defending complex and catastrophic cases involving a variety of consumer products throughout the United States.
• Has handled sophisticated litigation matters with favorable results in both the state and federal courts, including obtaining defense verdicts and judgment in response to multi-million dollar demands.
