• Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants involving contract and statutory claims; review and negotiation of lease agreements, structured financing agreements, and numerous ancillary agreements utilized in complex business transactions.
• Appearances in federal and state courts, and in a variety of arbitration forums including the American Arbitration Association and the National Arbitration Forum.
• Extensive experience in consumer litigation defense, business and real estate litigation, commercial litigation and land use law, including eminent domain and municipal law.
• Multiple class action defense litigation.
