• Current or past board member of numerous charitable organizations, including Dordt College, Lutheran Medical Center Foundation, Altenheim Nursing Home, Cleveland Pregnancy Center and North Coast Health Care Ministries.
• Developed protocol and dispute resolution process whereby dozens of claims asserted by utility companies across a 15 state region were investigated, analyzed and mediated to successful resolution.
• AAA approved arbitrator and trained mediator.
• Concentration in succession planning and generational issues in family and closely held businesses.
