Ms. MacKeigan focuses her litigation practice on representing companies in business and commercial matters, as well as tort and product liability matters. Ms. MacKeigan provides high-quality legal representation to individuals or companies in various aspects of litigation, and in various areas, including:

  • Labor and employment;
  • Products Liability; and
  • Business and commercial law.

During law school, Ms. MacKeigan served as an Associate and Research Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Ms. MacKeigan is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, as well as the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter.  Ms. MacKeigan serves as the Publicity Co-Chair for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy and as a committee member of the American Cancer Society Pan Ohio Hope Ride Local Committee.

Ms. MacKeigan previously worked within the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, serving as the Court’s Multidistrict Litigation Law Clerk in the chambers of the Hon. Dan Aaron Polster, as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Sara Lioi, and as a Pro Se and Death Penalty Staff Attorney for the Court.
