Labor Relations

Our lawyers represent a wide range of unionized and non-union employers.  In the heavily regulated union relationship environment, every employer decision has significant ramifications.  Our lawyers, with NLRB experience, assist employers in navigating through the complex and ever changing union and non-union issues.

Our lawyers negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements in single employer, multi facility or multi employer settings and defend grievances and arbitrations.  Our attorneys defend employers in NLRB Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) proceedings and Representation cases.  Our attorneys also counsel employers in developing union avoidance strategies and union campaign responses.
